Alerts not arriving? Fix checklist

Usually the monitor is off, the bot is not linked, WhatsApp Web logged out, or the bot chat is muted — not a fake product.

Do these in order

1. Step 1

   Confirm monitor is ON

   In the panel the monitor must be running. If it is stopped, no presence events are emitted.

2. Step 2

   Re-link Telegram (or Discord)

   Open the bot, paste the panel code, confirm. If you switched Telegram accounts, link again.

3. Step 3

   Check WhatsApp Web is connected

   If you logged out Web sessions on your phone, the tracker goes blind. Rescan QR/code.

4. Step 4

   Unmute the bot chat

   Telegram/Discord notifications enabled; bot chat not muted/archived.

5. Step 5

   Test offline → online

   Alerts fire on the edge. If the number was already online, wait for a real offline then online.

6. Step 6

   Mute windows / night silence

   Scheduled mute can suppress notifications while still logging events. Check panel mute settings.
